Welcome to Scale-A-Ton Elements, an independent business based in Türkiye specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of scale modelling accessories.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, https://scaleatonelements.com/, and purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the applicable Distance Sales Agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Scale-A-Ton Elements is responsible for the products offered through this website, order fulfilment and customer support.

3. Products and Availability
Scale-A-Ton Elements offers specialist scale modelling accessories manufactured using high-resolution 3D printing.
All products available for purchase are held in stock. Inventory quantities displayed on our website reflect actual stock availability and are updated as orders are placed.
Only products currently in stock can be purchased through our online store. We do not accept pre-orders or backorders.
Product pages provide descriptions, compatibility information, scale, contents and prices.
Unless otherwise specified, products are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Model kits and accessories shown for illustration are not included unless expressly stated.
If an exceptional inventory discrepancy prevents fulfilment of an order, the customer will be promptly informed and offered an appropriate alternative or a full refund.
4. Orders and Payments
Customers may place orders through our website without creating an account. Optional customer accounts may be available for managing orders and accessing purchase history.
Product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.
Before confirming an order, customers can review the selected products, quantities, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final payable amount.
Payments are securely processed through the payment service provider available at checkout.
Orders are accepted for fulfilment following successful payment confirmation and availability checks.
If a payment is unsuccessful, no payment will be treated as completed, and the customer may attempt the transaction again or contact customer support.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Scale-A-Ton Elements ships internationally from Türkiye to the destinations available at checkout.
All paid orders are dispatched within 3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays in Türkiye.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and order contents and are displayed before payment.
Orders are dispatched using tracked international shipping services. Tracking information will be provided once available.
International transit times vary depending on the destination, postal services and customs clearance procedures. The three-business-day dispatch commitment refers to handing the shipment over to the carrier, not final delivery to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Scale-A-Ton Elements will assist customers with shipment enquiries and fulfil its obligations in cases of lost, damaged or undelivered orders, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs procedures depending on the destination.
Where the seller prepays applicable import charges, this will be communicated through the website or checkout.
Any additional charges not included in the order total will be governed by the applicable destination-country requirements and disclosed where required by law.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.
We also provide a 14-day cancellation period after delivery, during which customers may cancel their purchase without giving a reason. Any longer or additional rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
To request cancellation, customers should contact our customer support email address with their order details.
Physical return shipping is not required. Scale-A-Ton Elements waives the requirement to send products back to Türkiye.
Eligible refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements and our Distance Sales Agreement, normally through the original payment method.
This policy is intended to make cancellations and refunds straightforward for international customers.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, customers should contact us with their order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs may be requested where helpful to identify the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and the customer’s applicable rights, an appropriate resolution will be offered, including replacement parts, a replacement product or a partial or full refund.
Where the seller is responsible for the issue, agreed replacements are provided without additional charges.
Customers are not required to return affected products to Türkiye.

Products may contain small components and should be handled and assembled with appropriate care.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
