Shipping costs vary depending on the final parcel size, weight, destination, and shipping service. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are determined by your country’s customs authorities.
Orders are placed as pre-orders, and no payment is collected during checkout.
After your order has been reviewed, you will receive a Payment Request showing the fixed product price together with the final shipping cost.
Once payment has been received, your items will be individually manufactured, carefully cleaned, inspected, and packed for shipment. If your items are already in stock, they will usually be shipped within a few business days instead.
You will receive another email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
When do I pay for my order?

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the final parcel size, weight, destination, and selected shipping service.
To provide the best balance between cost and delivery speed, I work with professional international shipping partners, offering both economical and express shipping options. In many cases, express shipping rates remain competitive with standard EMS services, including shipments to the United States.
For selected destinations, including the United States and many European countries, import duties and taxes may be collected in advance by the shipping service. When available, this allows your parcel to be delivered without going through the usual customs payment process upon arrival.
The exact shipping cost and available shipping options will be included in your Payment Request before any payment is required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on three factors:
- Production time (if the items need to be manufactured)
- Shipping method selected
- Destination country
If your items are already in stock, they are usually shipped within a few business days after payment has been received.
Orders requiring production will take longer, as every part is individually 3D printed, cleaned, inspected, and packed before shipment.
Estimated transit times will be provided together with the available shipping options in your Payment Request.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are not accepted.
International shipments involve customs procedures that generally cannot be reversed once an order has been imported into the destination country.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or a part is missing, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Replacement parts will be provided at no additional cost after the issue has been confirmed.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Orders can be shipped to most countries worldwide.
Available shipping services and delivery options may vary depending on the destination. During the payment request stage, you will receive the available shipping options together with the exact shipping cost for your country.
If import duties or taxes are collected in advance for your destination, this will be clearly indicated before payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
