Wessex HU.5 Enhancement Set
A focused enhancement set for the 1:48 Italeri Wessex HU.5, featuring seamless one-piece exhaust assemblies and a finely reproduced debris grille. Designed to improve two of the aircraft’s most distinctive exterior features with refined geometry, uninterrupted exhaust surfaces and true three-dimensional grille structure.
Rotor Fold Set Premium (Westland Wessex — Italeri)
The complete rotor and external detail solution for Italeri’s 1:48 Westland Wessex & H-34 kits. Combines the fully articulated rotor system and detailed main rotor head of the Advanced set with visible gearbox and swashplate linkage detail, a complete tail rotor assembly, detailed tail rotor gearbox fairing, cooling grilles and additional tail-section grille details. One spare part is included as standard for every four-position rotor component group.

Combines the pre-aligned blade support system with an extensively detailed 28-piece main rotor head assembly, recreating the complex mechanical linkages, cabling and structural detail of the original system while retaining fully articulated blade positioning. One spare part is included as standard for every four-position rotor component group.

ABOUT SCALE-A-TON ELEMENTS
Scale-A-Ton Elements grew from years of professional modelmaking, engineering-driven problem solving, and a simple question: why should all the research and development behind a single model disappear when the build is finished?
My professional background was built around technical projects where design, CAD and practical engineering solutions had to work together. Around 2014, I turned my long-standing scale modelling hobby into a profession. Since then, I have completed and delivered more than 400 commissioned models to private clients and museums around the world.
Scale-A-Ton Elements was created to change that. The idea is not simply to print parts. It is to turn the research, design work and practical solutions developed through real model projects into refined products that remain available to other modelers.
That philosophy extends to production as well. I did not approach resin printing as a simple print, wash and ship process. The production workflow has been developed around controlled machines, materials and calibration profiles. Different resin colours are not cosmetic choices: they represent materials selected and calibrated for different functional requirements.
Parts are tested beyond normal display conditions, including prolonged exposure to elevated and low temperatures, with particular attention paid to dimensional stability, warping and long-term deformation. Designs are revised, materials are changed and production methods are adjusted until the result meets the standard I expect from a part I would use on my own model.
Scale-A-Ton Elements is the product side of everything I have learned from designing, building, testing and solving problems at the workbench—made by a modeler, for modelers.
